Objects for protecting someone’s eyes have existed from the year 1200 B.C. onwards.The Inuit of the Artic made a glasses for snow from walrus ivory bone.
In the middle of the 18th century, James Ayscough began to experiment with dyed lenses in Great Britain.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the stars of the incipient mute cinema wore sunglasses.
In 1929, Sam Foster, founder of the company Foster Grant sold the first pair of sunglasses, of the Foster Grant in the Boardwalk of Atlantic City, New Jersey. The best development was one due to the military investment, during the 1930s.
Nowadays, one of the best sunglasses brand is Ray Ban. People use sunglasses not only for protecting their eyes but also because they are trendy.
